Warranty

At Frills, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We want every customer to be satisfied with their experience, to recommend us to others, and to return to our store with confidence. In the unlikely event that a warranty issue arises, we are committed to resolving it promptly, professionally, and with integrity. Should anything go wrong, simply contact us via our contact page, and a member of our team will respond within one business day to address and resolve the matter. The following situations are excluded from warranty:
- When products are installed, used or operated contrary to the manufacturer's instructions.
- When electrical products are not installed by a qualified, licensed electrician.
- When products are used in an unsuitable environment or location.
- When products are damaged due to misuse, incorrect installation, neglect, tampering, vandalism, or unauthorised modification.

For trade customers, the restocking fee will be 25-50% depending upon products.

Shipping and Delivery

Orders are normally dispatched from our warehouse within 1 to 3 business days. On rare occasions shipping times may extend due to location, courier errors, customers not being there to meet the courier and other unforeseeable factors. Products cannot be returned if delivery is delayed due to these unforeseeable factors.

The delivery address must be one that a courier can access and a responsible adult must be present to receive the goods. PO Boxes cannot be used.

If the courier is unsuccessful in their attempt to present your goods, Frills has the right to charge the cost of redelivery.

Authority To Leave

In the event that the customer has marked the delivery with an Authority To Leave, where the parcel is to be left at the premises if no one is available to accept it, then Frills is not liable for theft or damage.

Prices are subject to change without notice.

Ownership of Products

Ownership of products sold by Frills transfers to the customer only upon full payment. In the event of a payment default, Frills reserves the right to reclaim the products at the customer’s expense. A minimum of three days’ notice will be provided prior to any retrieval, giving the customer sufficient time to settle any outstanding amounts owed.

Product Accuracy

We are strongly committed to ensuring that all specifications, images, and prices displayed on this website are accurate. While many product images are derived from photography, some images may be digitally enhanced or generated using AI for illustrative purposes. While we strive to ensure these representations are as realistic and true to the product as possible, minor visual variations may occur. If we discover a significant error for any hand dryer which you have ordered, we will give you the option of changing the order.

Availability

Occasionally a hand dryer model may not be available. In this instance the buyer may wait for the product to become available or choose another product, with any price difference reimbursed where applicable.

Coastal and Corrosive Environment Use

Products not specifically designated as suitable for coastal, marine, or corrosive environments are not designed or warranted for use in high-salinity, high-moisture, corrosive, or exposed environments. Exposure to salt air, water, chemicals, cleaning agents, or other corrosive elements can cause premature degradation, corrosion, or failure of standard products. Customers located in or near coastal, marine, or corrosive environments are strongly advised to confirm product suitability before purchase. Use of standard products in such environments is at the customer’s own risk, and such use may void any warranty or claim for damage, corrosion, or failure resulting from environmental exposure.

Vandal Resistant Use

Products not specifically designated as "vandal-resistant" are not designed or warranted for use in environments subject to high risk of vandalism, tampering, or deliberate damage. Exposure to impact, forced entry, misuse, or other forms of abuse can result in premature failure, damage, or compromised safety of non-vandal-resistant products. Customers installing hand dryers in public, unsupervised, or high-risk areas are strongly advised to select vandal-resistant hand dryer models. Use of non-vandal-resistant products in such environments is at the customer’s own risk, and such use may void any warranty or claim for damage, failure, or safety issues arising from damage, vandalism, or intentional misuse.

Zip Pay

Minimum monthly repayments are required. A monthly account fee of $9.95 applies and is subject to change. Pay your closing balance in full by the due date each month and we'll waive the fee. Available to approved applicants only and subject to completion of satisfactory credit assessment. Other charges may be payable. Fees and charges subject to change. T&Cs apply. AfterPay

Amendments

We shall have the right in our absolute discretion at any time and without notice to amend, remove or vary the Terms of Sale or any page of this website.

If any part of these terms are unenforceable, the enforceability of any other part of the terms will not be affected and all other clauses remaining in full force and effect.

Jurisdiction

These terms and conditions are to be construed in accordance with the laws of Australia and in the event of any dispute or claim associated with these terms and conditions, that dispute or claim shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Australian courts.
