Are discounts available to tradies?
Absolutely! We offer massive trade discounts across our full range.
What order size can you handle?
We have capacity to handle any size order: from one to a few hundred hand dryers.
Is there a fixed trade discount rate?
No, as the discount depends on the product and the size of the order.
How can I request a trade quote?
There are 3 ways to get a trade quote with discount (your quote will be competitive, same day and accurate):

Is there a minimum spend to qualify for trade pricing?
To qualify for a trade discount, the total order value must be $800 or more. If it is less than that, you will need to purchase online.
Who qualifies for trade pricing?
Eligible customers include electricians, tradies, builders, interior designers, architects, developers, and commercial operators with a valid ABN.
Shipping & Delivery
Where are items shipped from?
All orders are dispatched from warehouses located in Australia.
What are the shipping charges?
For most trade orders, a flat shipping fee of $50 applies.
How quickly are orders dispatched?
Trade orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–2 business days.
Returns & Warranty
What is your return policy for trade customers?
Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase, provided the items are unused, unmarked, in original packaging, and in brand-new condition. A restocking fee may apply to returned trade orders.
Do your products come with a warranty?
Yes, all products include manufacturer warranties. Warranty details are available on the relevant product pages.
