How Long Does the Warranty Last?

What Does the Warranty Cover?

Our warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship. If a fault is identified and confirmed under warranty, we will work to resolve the issue promptly, which may include repair, replacement, or another appropriate solution. Receiving Your Product

Upon receiving your hand dryer, please inspect it within 7 days of delivery. If any issues arise, contact us via email or submit a report through our Warranty Form page to notify us. Following your notification, goods may need to be returned for inspection to confirm the issue. Detailed instructions on the return process will be provided, and products should not be returned without prior guidance from our team.

Warranty Terms and Conditions

Warranty is valid when a hand dryer is installed and operated according to the manufacturer's instructions. It does not cover problems resulting from incorrect installation, misuse, unsuitable environments, tampering, vandalism, or unauthorised modification. Aesthetic concerns, such as colour, finish, size, or design, must be reported prior to installation.

Hand dryers require electrical installation and must be installed by a qualified, licensed electrician. The warranty may be void if the product is installed by an unqualified person. Proof of qualified electrical installation, such as an Electrical Safety Certificate, may be requested.

We do not accept liability for direct or consequential damages, losses, or expenses arising from misuse, incorrect installation, or incorrect operation of a product. In instances where a warranty service call is made and no fault is found, or if the fault results from incorrect installation or operation, the purchaser may be responsible for a call-out service fee and/or repair costs.
